The Court has jurisdiction to hear a cause of action for Vulnerable Adult protection and issue orders as necessary if either the Vulnerable Adult resides within the jurisdiction of the Court or the source of the alleged abuse, such as finances, property or persons, are within the jurisdiction of the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma.
