Section 304. Third Party Services, Cost of Services

a.      Services may be delivered to the Vulnerable Adults family or caretaker if the Department determines the services are necessary to protect the Vulnerable Adult.

 

b.     The Vulnerable Adult, and where appropriate the Vulnerable Adults family or caretaker, if able to shall pay for all or part of the costs of services or placement provided to the Vulnerable Adult.
