Section 300. Provision of Services

After an investigation of Vulnerable Adult abuse, neglect or self-neglect, or exploitation is completed, the Department shall determine if the Vulnerable Adult or any other individual involved in the alleged abuse, neglect or self-neglect, or exploitation is in need of services under this Ordinance.
