A. 
A juvenile allegedly violating a valid order of the Court shall be subject to an order to show cause hearing, where the Court will make a determination of whether the allegation(s) are true. If the Court finds that the allegations are true, the Court shall examine all possible options to address the juveniles compliance with the Court order, including other alternatives and resources available, which shall not include detention.
B. 
If the juvenile continues to violate the orders of the Court and all possible options to address the issues of noncompliance have been considered, the Prosecutor may consider a delinquency proceeding and it shall proceed in accordance with the delinquency provisions of this chapter.
C.
