A. 
An order prohibiting or restricting contact between a child and a member of the childs immediate or extended family shall be narrowly tailored, and the scope and terms of such an order shall be appropriately limited, to protect the safety of the child and the childs family.
B. 
Before entering such an order, the Court shall carefully consider:
(1) 
The nature of the relationship between the child and the family member
(2) 
The expressed concerns and preferences of the family member
(3) 
The potential effects of the proposed order on:
(a) 
The childs contact and relationships with other family members and
(b) 
The relationships between the childs other family members
(4) 
The likelihood that the proposed order will place undue emotional or practical burdens on the child or the childs family and
(5) 
The ability and willingness of the childs family to supervise contact between the child and the family member, or otherwise address the concerns to which the proposed order is directed, without the formal intervention of the Court.
