Any person who knowingly receives, purchases or conceals or aids in concealing or receiving any property, knowing the same to be stolen, or having reason to believe it is stolen, embezzled, or obtained by fraud or false pretense, robbery or burglary, shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to labor or imprisonment for a period not to exceed one hundred eighty (180) days or a fine not to exceed Three Hundred Sixty Dollars ($360.00), or both.
