10-4-1. CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELINQUENCY OF A MINOR

Any person who shall willfully contribute to the delinquency of a minor, shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to labor or imprisonment for a period not to exceed one hundred eighty (180) days or a fine not to exceed Three Hundred Sixty Dollars ($360.00), or both such imprisonment and fine with costs, in extreme or habitual cases.
