The following information is required where a sex offender will be: 1) absent from his or her residence for seven (7) days or more or 2) traveling to a foreign jurisdiction, regardless of the length of time such offender will be away from his or her residence:
A. Identifying information for any temporary lodging locations to be utilized by the sex offender and
B. The dates the sex offender will be staying at each temporary lodging location.
